* Each pre-fill inquiry initiated by you, your agents, or consumers on your website incurs a usage fee of $1.90. The total amount of inquiries processed in one month will be added to your monthly subscription rate. Pre-fills initiated through the Mosaic homepage, in which you are assigned to the consumer, are included in your monthly subscription. You may turn off this feature and avaoid this fee from within your administrative control panel.
